I have 23 years of experience in the area of women's healthcare. I have practiced in the areas of obstetrics, midwifery, gynecology & infertility. As a woman, I believe my personal experience in dealing with the healthcare issues unique to women is important in being able to relate to my patients. As a professional, I have been blessed to work in many types of environments including urban & rural as well as international locations. I am passionate about women's issues and believe our healthcare & wellness is bigger than just office visits. I am committed to providing care that empowers women to make their own choices and become healthier over time.

I am a board certified family nurse practitioner who has been in the healthcare field for the last seven years. I have experience in inpatient settings, obstetrics, adult health, women's health, and family practice. I continually appreciate being able to work with patients across the lifespan. My experience has helped me bring compassion, integrity, and active listening to each appointment. I aim to provide you with a holistic approach that considers all aspects of your well-being. I believe an educated patient is an empowered patient. My passion for holistic wellness shines through in my patient care as I listen to understand, treat my patients individually, and work with my team members to ensure each patient has a positive and memorable experience. As I tell my patients, the journey is a marathon, not a sprint.  It is normal to have setbacks, but over every mountain there is a path, although it may not be seen from the valley. My approach to holistic wellness varies from many others as I have personal experience of “running the marathon” myself and continue to learn and better my journey on a daily basis.
