I have 23 years of experience in the area of women's healthcare. I have practiced in the areas of obstetrics, midwifery, gynecology & infertility. As a woman, I believe my personal experience in dealing with the healthcare issues unique to women is important in being able to relate to my patients. As a professional, I have been blessed to work in many types of environments including urban & rural as well as international locations. I am passionate about women's issues and believe our healthcare & wellness is bigger than just office visits. I am committed to providing care that empowers women to make their own choices and become healthier over time.

 Christy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She earned her master’s degrees from the University of Wyoming and Gonzaga University and is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Christy has worked across diverse clinical settings and patient populations. She takes an integrative, whole-person approach to care and loves helping patients feel empowered in their health. Christy’s interests include women’s health, menopause support, and weight management, along with promoting the connection between physical and mental well-being. She has spent several years working in telemedicine and values how virtual care can make healthcare more accessible and timely for patients. 

With over a decade of experience, Kara is a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive knowledge in primary care, cardiology, women's health, and weight management. She also specializes in mental health and is a certified aesthetics injector, dedicated to helping patients thrive inside and out. When she's not caring for patients, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, prioritizing faith and family. 

Jennifer is originally from Riverton, Wyoming, and is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) specializing in gynecology and women’s health, as well as a Certified Nurse Midwife. She brings a broad clinical background in gynecology, primary care, and hormone therapy to the Sisterhood Sanctuary team. Jennifer is passionate about providing compassionate, accessible, and comprehensive women’s healthcare, and is dedicated to supporting women through every stage of life with personalized, evidence-based care.
 

Christa has over 15 years of primary care experience including practicing traditional, preventative and holistic interventions. Christa likes helping her patients understand any illness or condition they may have and how to maintain their overall health. She has seen in her practice what a difference preventative medicine makes to her patients as they age. Christa treats high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD, obesity, anxiety and depression, in addition to general wellness, and acute illnesses like coughs, colds, and flus. 

 Guya is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with advanced training in aesthetic medicine. She earned her clinical experience at a top plastic surgery practice in Florida and has over 8 years of healthcare experience. Guya brings a refined, artistic approach to facial aesthetics, with thousands of hours of injecting experience, focusing on natural, balanced results that enhance each patient’s unique features.

Her specialties include Sculptra, dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and full facial harmonization. Guya is passionate about combining medical precision with an artistic eye to create subtle, confident, and refreshed results. She enjoys helping patients feel empowered in their appearance while supporting overall wellness and self-confidence.
