- Direct communication with your provider including calling, texting, or office visits. 

- Telemedicine visits while you are traveling or out of area video consultations. 

- Avoiding urgent care for minor problems that can be handled with phone or video contact, which is perfect for retirees or college students. 

- HSA (health savings account) compatibility. 

- Personalized, on-call healthcare with the benefit of individual attention.
